Emergency Services - DID Routing Programming

1. For a digital DID trunk, complete the programming in the following form:

• Digital Trunks form

• Trunk Circuit Descriptor - Digital DID form

For an analog DID trunk, complete the programming in the following form:

• Analog Trunks form

• Trunk Circuit Descriptor - DID form

2. Trunk Attributes form

• Enter values for the Dial In Trunks Incoming Digit Modification - Absorb and Dial In Trunks Incoming Digit Modification - Insert fields.

3. Ensure that you have configured your SIP trunks for service on the MiVoice Business system (see Programming SIP Trunks).

4. ARS Routes form

5. Assign an Emergency Route Type to a Route Number.

5. Shared System Options form

• Enable the Emergency DID Routing Enabled option.
